Curate Films and Absolute Post collaborate again with this heart-warming spot for Boots, in association with The Hygiene Bank.

Boots partnered with The Hygiene Bank to donate £1million worth of product to those in need and to help fight hygiene poverty inthe UK.

With an extreme schedule and deadlines that challenged the team, Absolute and Blind Pig worked tirelessly with Silence to ensure that there was no compromise on character and that everything stayed true to the feel-good mood of the piece. The joyful animation created by Absolute’s animation arm, Blind Pig, made this uplifting spot charming & bright whilst staying focused on the important message. Animator Sean Cooper added that ‘the brief was to give each product a different and playful character. Inspired by the work of Animator Sean Charmatz, we created frame by frame animation over the beautifully shot plates. Giving the products personality and life; creating a sense of living, breathing characters, even with this simplified design. We loved seeing multiple characters interacting with each other.'
