Main Purpose:

Runners are the face of Absolute, and on a day-to-day basis are largely client facing, providing refreshments, delivering meals, helping with any ad-hoc requests as they arise whilst also performing media management and administrative duties.

Key Duties:

· Providing first class customer service and hospitality to clients within the facility.

· To ensure client and communal areas remain clean, tidy, and well stocked.

· To cover reception when necessary.

· Basic administration duties.

· To ensure any media is received and moved efficiently when required.

· Checking and signing off on deliveries and orders.

· Assisting with the smooth running and overall presentation of our facilities.

Experience & Personal Attributes:

· Previous experience of working within a hospitality or client services environment.

· Experience in liaising directly with clients.

· Able to self-manage your workload and perform calmly in a pressurised environment.

· Excellent customer service & communication skills.

· Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

· An excellent team player who can also work independently when necessary.

Desirable but not essential:

· An undergraduate degree in Television, Media Production, VFX or another relevant field.

· Knowledge of relevant software such as Avid, Adobe CS, Nuke or Maya.

Hours of Work:

40 hours per week (includes evenings and weekends).

This is a 12 month fixed term contract with a view to make permanent.

Frequent opportunities for overtime or extra shifts for client demand, events, or general business needs.
